Half-day session £50.00 per day
£50.00 is the same price for all children, regardless of age.
All prices include daily meals breakfast, healthy snack time, hot lunch, pudding, light tea, pudding, fruit baskets, breadstick, yogurt, drinking water, and milk).
Under 2’s
Full day time: 8.00 am - 6.00 pm
Full days are charged at £82.00 per day including daily meals and the monthly fees are as follows:
3 days = £1045.50
4 days = £1394.00
5 days = £1707.65 (price includes 2% discount for 5 days childcare)
Over 2’s
Full days 8.00 am-6.00 pm are charged at £77.00 per day including daily meals and the monthly fees are as follows:
3 days = £981.75
4 days = £1309.00
5 days = £1603.52 (price include 2%discount for 5days childcare)
Over 3’s
Full days 8.00 am-6.00 pm are charged at £74.00 per day including daily meals and the monthly fees are as follows:
3 days = £943.50
4 days = £1258.00
5 days = £1541.00 (price includes 2%discount for 5 days childcare)
Parents who use Entitlement to Funded Childcare for 2,3,4 years charges will be introduced which is based on the EEF Funding Compliance training, Early Year Department from Richmond Borough, for more information please have a look at our policy https://www.happykidsface.com/free-childcare
Our fees include daily freshly served meals and all activities.
Some trips will be charged for ticket and transport fees.
Ad hoc care is possible on the availability of children and staff on the day
HKF Nursery is open 51 weeks of the year.
We close for the Bank Holidays and the five working days between Christmas and New Year.
We calculate the nursery fees for 51 weeks in a year, not for 52 weeks in a year.
Priority to bookings for customers who:
a) Have children who attend all year round (51 weeks) for full-time hours 5 days per week.
b) Existing parents when accommodating any of your other children at the same nursery (siblings).
A sibling discount might be considered, depending on the number of days booked per week, usually, a 10% discount is given to the eldest sibling attending the same nursery for 5 days per week.
Payment in advance monthly no later than the 30th of each month
We accepted Tax-Free Childcare vouchers, gov accounts, childcare vouchers, etc.
Deposit
When parents accept a place at the nursery for their child a deposit of £300, 00 is payable immediately into the nursery account. Parents must inform the manager and provide two months’ notice in writing about a child leaving, then if no outstanding fees the deposit of £300.00 will be reduced from the last- final invoice.
If the child does not attend the nursery for any reason after acceptance of a place, then the deposit of £300.00 is not refundable.
There are no additional administration fees.
